Hi, I'm Rebecca...

My relationship with food and body image was tumultuous from a young age, leading me down a dangerous path that nearly cost me my life at just 11 years old. I placed my self-worth in the size of my body and the opinions of others, struggling to find a balance between nourishment and joy without harsh restrictions. Despite medical treatment that restored my physical health, the emotional wounds remained deep, leaving me questioning if I would ever truly accept myself.

Determined to heal, I embarked on a profound journey of self-discovery that spanned my youth and continued into my postgraduate training as a therapist. Even with a Master’s degree, therapy, and countless self-help books, I still grappled with my relationship with food and my body. But then, a transformative epiphany changed everything. I stopped seeing myself as a broken product of my past and started aligning with the future self I aspired to become. This shift in perspective became my guiding light, helping me acquire the knowledge and tools to manifest my vision.

Breaking free from the grip of dieting and addictive behaviors wasn’t easy. It required deep soul-searching, confronting past traumas, and exploring the depths of my being. Yet today, I stand free from eating disorders and addiction. I’ve cultivated confidence, self-worth, and a loving relationship with my body, embracing intuitive eating over obsession. The battles that once consumed me are now distant memories.

Through my transformation and professional role as a Licensed Therapist and Wellness Coach, I’ve developed a proven system that has helped countless clients achieve the same freedom.
